Ramen Misoya’s newest creation,“Yakisoba Misoya,” opened in Chicago this past August presenting Chicago with another piece of the Japanese food culture through fermenting their cuisine. Yakisoba is a Japanese Stir Fry. Our chefs prepare this Japanese comfort food fresh with every order using a Teppanyaki grill that uses strong heat and enough grill space to mix yakisoba ingredients including quality noodles, vegetable and meat. Everything is mixed in our housemade semi-thick Worcester sauce. Yakisoba Misoya invites you to dine with us and enjoy our Japanese soul food! We offer Misoya ramen on our menus as well.
